6. Response Times

VIT SAS undertakes to respond to your requests (access, rectification, objection, or additional information) within a reasonable time not exceeding one month from receipt.

7. Approved Processors and Transfers to Third Countries

VIT SAS uses approved processors to facilitate the collection and processing of data you submit. These processors may be located outside the European Union and may receive data collected via forms on the Site (excluding the form used to exercise your data rights, which is provided and operated by VIT SAS).
