Safety tests and standards

When assessing the performance of bulletproof glass, a 500 x 500 mm pane is subjected to rigorous testing in accordance with EN1063. The pane is inserted into a special frame and tested with three bullet impacts from a distance of 5 to 10 metres. The pane must withstand the impacts without allowing the projectiles to pass through, thus ensuring effective protection.
